At Lounge Depot, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and hassle-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process:
Confirmation & Preparation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. While you look forward to your new purchase, we will immediately start preparing your order behind the scenes.
Personal Contact & Planning
No impersonal emails, but real contact. We will contact you personally to go over the details and arrange a delivery time that fits perfectly into your schedule.
Carefree Home Delivery
Quality delivered to your door. Our own drivers deliver from Monday to Friday using our own transport. This allows us to guarantee damage-free delivery and ensures you know exactly where you stand.
Practical Information
Shipping and Delivery Policy
After you have placed an order in our webshop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We will then contact you personally to agree on a specific delivery time that suits you.
Shipping Costs:
- Belgium: €49 (Free for orders over €500).
- Netherlands: €79 (Free for orders over €500).
- Please note: For outlet and promotional items, the standard shipping rate of €49 (BE) or €79 (NL) always applies, regardless of the order value.
Delivery Time: After our personal contact, we maintain the following average delivery times:
Belgium: 5 working days.
Netherlands: 7 working days.
Method of Delivery: Our deliveries take place up to the threshold of the front door (ground floor). Would you like delivery indoors or on an upper floor? This is possible for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service in advance for a customized quote.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be undamaged and unused.
- If reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The shipping costs for returning the item from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense.
Refunds: We will refund the order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Damaged Products: We pay the greatest possible attention to quality control. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, we will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
