At Lounge Depot, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and hassle-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

As soon as your items are ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday during standard delivery hours.
Delivery Carriers & Methods
All deliveries are handled by our own in-house drivers, allowing us to maintain full control over
quality, care, and a personal delivery experience. Based on the size and destination of your
order, one of the following delivery options will be used:

Practical Information
Delivery
After placing an order in our webshop, you will receive a confirmation. Subsequently, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time. Deliveries within the Benelux are free for orders over € 500, with the exception of outlet and promotional items. Deliveries are made to the front door. If you require delivery inside or to an upper floor, this is possible for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact our customer service regarding this.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days. Please note that the returned product must be sent back undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are at your expense. You will receive the refund to your account within a maximum of 30 days after we have received the product in our warehouse.
We pay the utmost attention to quality control and packaging. However, should something go wrong and you receive a damaged product, we will of course replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
