What data do we collect?

  • Financial data: Bank account number, payment details (we do not see your full credit card details; these are processed securely by our payment partner).

  • Login data: Username and password (if you create an account).

Why do we collect this data? (Purposes)

We use your data for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:

  1. Execution of the agreement: To process your order, ship it, and keep you informed of the status. Without this data, we cannot deliver your package.

  2. Legal obligation: For our accounting and tax obligations, we are required to keep certain data (such as invoices) for 7 years.

  3. Legitimate interest: To improve our website and customer service, or for direct marketing to existing customers (you can always unsubscribe from this).

  4. Consent: To send newsletters (if you are not yet a customer) or to place non-essential cookies.

With whom do we share your data?

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties that are necessary for our services ("Processors"):

  • Logistics partners: (e.g., Bpost, PostNL, DPD) to deliver your order to the correct address.

  • Payment providers: (e.g., Mollie, Stripe, PayPal) to handle the payment securely.

  • IT & Hosting providers: Parties that host our webshop and manage email systems.

  • Accountant: For the processing of our administration.

We have concluded data processing agreements (DPAs) with all these parties to guarantee the security of your data.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than strictly necessary:

  • Order data: 7 years (legal obligation for accounting in Belgium).

  • Account data: Until you cancel your account.

  • Newsletter subscription: Until you unsubscribe.

  • Inactive accounts: Are deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
